Our second shepherds hut in Derbyshire sits within the same stunning countryside setting as hut 1 - offering the same high standard of comfort and quality, in its own peaceful corner of the site. Ideally located for discovering the very best of the Peak District, you'll find an outstanding choice of walks, cycling routes and charming Derbyshire villages right on the doorstep. Whether you're planning a romantic glamping break for two, a restorative solo escape or simply a chance to trade the noise of daily life for open skies and fresh countryside air, this shepherds hut has everything you need.

Pricing
The shepherds hut is priced at £90 per night
Single night bookings are taken for a Sunday-Thursday. We have a minimum of 2 nights stay Friday and Saturday.
We require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure the booking and the balance is due 7 days before your arrival date.

Information
Our handcrafted shepherd’s hut, designed and built by us, sits in the lower part of the campsite, offering a peaceful and private glamping retreat for two.
Inside, the hut is warm, simple and thoughtfully laid out as a cosy open-plan glamping space. There’s a comfortable double bed with fresh linen and towels, a compact kitchen area with a single-ring induction hob, kettle, fridge (with freezer compartment), and all the essentials for light self catering. A comfortable two-seater sofa provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the Peak District.

Additional comforts include a radiator for cooler Derbyshire evenings, under-bed storage, hanging space for clothes and a wall-mounted mirror - everything you need for a relaxed short break or glamping weekend escape.

Just a short 30-metre walk away are our newly renovated shared facilities, including hot showers and toilets. Well maintained and shared with a maximum of eight small pitches, keeping things quiet and uncrowded.

Outside, there’s plenty of space to sit back, take in the far-reaching Peak District views, and enjoy a relaxed evening with a glass of wine or a barbecue. The neighbouring hut is positioned at a comfortable distance, ensuring privacy throughout your stay.
